About Me:

I like things that are authentic, original and sincere.  I am fed up with 'pop' culture and mass production, I think it stifles creativity.  I am concerned about cultivating a sustainable way of living so that the more we consume, the better off our environment is, but now the way it's set up is completely backwards and were destroying that which sustains us.  I want to live in a way that harmonizes with nature and our fellow humans, animals, plants, rivers, lakes, mountains, sky, air etc.  I'm not impressed with 'bling', it actually repulses me.  I guess I'm really anti-stripmall/Wal-Mart/McDonalds super-producing mega companies that take away from the creativity and ingenuity of the local, mom and pop shop.  I like it homemade, from scratch and made with a lot of love.  I teach and take a lot of yoga, it's become the foundation for my Life.  I believe that our inherent nature is one of Joy and wellness, that there is no stream of illness or evil, their are just mis-alignments that cut off our connection with 'Source' that create illness.  I believe that all we come in contact with is a manifestation of the One Source, the Divine.  I believe in looking for the good in all situations and people.  How we live is how we align with Source energy and this 'Source' is always present, peaceful and blissful.  There is nothing more important than aligning with 'Source', may all our actions be one's that align with the inherent well-being of all beings, that these actions are life-affirming.  I believe in abundance and that our current economy is based in a lack/shortage mentality and that's why it will eventually fail.  We need a paradigm shift and we're getting it now, just look around at the current state of affairs.  We can go willingly into this new age, or we can fight it, it's up to each one of us.  I'm looking forward to making a shift for the better for all beings, that the work we do is beneficial for us, the people involved as well as the paycheck -not just the paycheck.  I believe we all have a responsibility for our actions, but most of us don't think that way, most think, hey, who cares, I'm getting paid.  We can do better than that.  We have a responsibility, we are all in this together.
